How Do I Use This Product?
Pour or pump (this depends on which bottle you have the sample size, or the full sized bottle) a small amount of the oil into the palm of your hand (about the size of a nickel). Rub onto your lower back (the exact area is not important, just the lower back region and muscles surrounding this area. Within a few minutes, you should feel a “calm” move throughout your back and legs. Reapply if needed.
Instructions: Shake before use. As soon as you feel the need to use, pump a liberal amount of oil (3 to 5 pumps) into the palm of your hand. Rub onto your lower back region and muscles surrounding this area. Reapply as needed. For external use only, keep out of reach of children.
