This luxurious Spiced Oatmeal bar soap combines the skin soothing benefits of oatmeal and the wonderful fragrance of cinnamon. Bar is embossed with a rose. Shepherd's Dairy rich and creamy soaps are made from high quality sheep milk. Sheep milk is higher in butterfat than cow or goat's milk (6-8%). Lactose in the milk leaves the skin feeling silky smooth with a hydrated appearance. Milk proteins smooth, firm and soften skn. Lactic acid, also found in sheep's milk, can help even out pigmentation in your skin and can play an important role in the treatment of sun damaged skin. Other ingredients include pure vegetable oils (including olive, sunflower and canola) and good quality fragrance oils.
In Exodus 30:23, cinnamon is identified as one of the main ingredients of Holy Anointing Oil. Cinnamon is also mentioned in Proverbs 7:17, Song of Songs 4:14, and Revelation 18:13. This fragrant spice was often used as an offering to the Lord, as a gift to the esteemed, and as currency in biblical times.
