Ship/Return Policy Carprentree & Masters Forge Collection Artwork:
All artwork ships in 3-4 weeks of placing your order. Orders may ship by several different carriers, including but not limited to Fed Ex or UPS. We will provide you with the carrier name and tracking information by email when your order has shipped. Items ship FOB Tulsa, OK.
No order cancellations are accepted and the shipping address cannot be changed once your order is placed. Any items recieved from shipping company damaged must be reported to Living Water Home Spa Shop in writing within 5 business days of receipt. Save all packaging materials for damaged items. An RGA must be issued by Living Water Home Spa Shop before any item will be accepted for return. If you must refuse the order at time of delivery due to damage, please contact Living Water Home Spa Shop immediately for an RGA number. Items recieved without RGA number will be refused. The RGA number must be written on the outside of the box. Damaged items will be replaced or a credit given toward a future order. Shipping claims must be reported to carrier by the customer within 7 days of your receipt of damaged item(s).
Any order that is refused at time of delivery for reasons other than obvious damage, will be charged a 20% restocking fee, actual shipping charges to you and back to manufacturer, and PayPal processing fees. The non-refundable amount will be deducted from the amount you paid at purchase only after acceptable inspection by the manufacturer. If manufacturer recieves the item in a condition other than is 100% resellable, you may be charged additional fees or may not recieve a refund. All items recieved without RGA number will be refused.
